After careful consideration, we have made a decision: if you purchase shoes from us and they suffer non-human damage within two years, you can contact us, and We will offer a free replacement. This guarantees that you can shop happily and use our products with confidence.

Materials & Service

Our company exclusively uses Italian imported cowhide for our fabrics, with some high-quality styles featuring horsehide. To enhance comfort, we incorporate pigskin lining in certain styles for improved breathability and comfort. Our prices are moderate, and the majority of our profits will be reinvested into better services, including increasing the number of artisans to speed up shoe production. We pay special attention to detail in our fabric sourcing, and we will enhance visual effects in our craftsmanship. Additionally, we will partner with more fast logistics providers to ensure efficient delivery, while also offering gifts and promotions to reward our loyal customers.

1:

  • Strumenti necessari

    3. Tenendo la penna perpendicolare al foglio, segna la parte posteriore del tallone e di nuovo la punta del dito più lungo del piede (solitamente l'alluce o il secondo dito).

    4. Solleva il piede e usa il righello per misurare la distanza in linea retta tra i due segni, con una precisione al millimetro.

  • Confronta entrambi i piedi

  • Conversione in taglia di scarpe

Shipping Time & Return Policy

Free Shipping

Standard shipping is free anywhere within the contiguous United States. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

In-stock orders typically have a 1-3 business day processing time at our warehouse before they ship, but may take longer during the holidays due to high order volumes. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and within 24 hours you will be able to see the estimated delivery date. Orders placed within the US typically take 10-15 business days to be delivered once shipped.

Most of our products are custom-made, resulting in relatively low inventory levels, we regularly replenish our stock approximately every 15 days.

Expedited shipping is available if you need your order in a hurry. You can upgrade your shipping method at checkout for an additional fee. Currently, this option is only available to customers in the contiguous United States. (Note: Expedited orders placed after 2pm ET will process the next business day. Orders do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or United States holidays.)
