At Tri Boots, we stand firmly behind the authenticity and quality of our products. Every pair is handcrafted with genuine cowhide leather, and we want our customers to shop with confidence.

Authenticity Guarantee

If you receive a product that is not genuine cowhide leather, we will issue you an immediate full refund without requiring a return.

Quality Guarantee – 2 Years Coverage

If your product develops any quality issues within 24 months of purchase, you may choose one of the following options:
1. Exchange – We will send you a replacement pair at no extra cost.
2. Refund without Return – If you prefer, you can keep the product and still receive a refund.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Defective or Damaged on Arrival: We will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately with details and photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Shipment: If you receive the wrong item, Tri Boots will cover the return costs and ship the correct product to you.
Customer-Initiated Returns (non-quality reasons): If you wish to return for personal reasons (e.g., size, preference), the shipping cost will be your responsibility.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (when applicable), we will notify you of approval.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
For refunds under the Authenticity Guarantee or 2-Year Quality Guarantee, you may not need to return the product, depending on the situation.

Condition of Returned Products

Products should be returned in original packaging and unused condition (unless the claim is about quality defects).
If the product is damaged due to improper handling or packaging during return, eligibility for a full refund may be affected.
