Free Shipping

Standard shipping is free anywhere within the contiguous United States. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

In-stock orders typically have a 1-3 business day processing time at our warehouse before they ship, but may take longer during the holidays due to high order volumes. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and within 24 hours you will be able to see the estimated delivery date. Orders placed within the US typically take 10-15 business days to be delivered once shipped.

Most of our products are custom-made, resulting in relatively low inventory levels, we regularly replenish our stock approximately every 15 days.

Expedited shipping is available if you need your order in a hurry. You can upgrade your shipping method at checkout for an additional fee. Currently, this option is only available to customers in the contiguous United States. (Note: Expedited orders placed after 2pm ET will process the next business day. Orders do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or United States holidays.)

We reserve the right to refuse free shipping for any customer returns.

Shipping Changes & Order Cancellation

Before shipping

Change of Address: No charge fee.

Replacements and exchanges: No charge fee.

After shipping

Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the boots cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Change of Address: If you successfully change your address, $20 will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change your address, you may refuse the package and 10% of the boots cost will be charged as a reshipping fee.

Replacements and exchanges: If you successfully exchange the item, $20 will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change, you may reject the package and 10% of the boots cost will be charged as a reshipping fee.

 

ORDER TRACKING

You can track your order and shipping & handling information on your account if you have registered one on Triboots.com. If you haven't registered on our site, you can also track your order here with your order number. For more shipping information, send an email to support@triboots.com. We will get back to you in 24 hours.

If you haven't received the boots, however, the logistics order shows the goods have been signed. In this situation, please contact us in 3 business days. Otherwise, after 3 working days, we will no longer deal with this issue, and customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company to solve this issue.
